Yoko Ono visits Iceland every year on her late husband‘s, John Lennon, birthday. In his memory she has built a light capsule called the Imagine Peace Tower which is illuminated on Lennon‘s birthday. She invites guests to share a moment of peace as the Imagine Peace Tower can be seen heading towards the sky during the darkest nights of winter. A beautiful memorial of John Lennon´s vision of peace.
